How billing works

What counts as an invoice

Only finalized tax invoices count towards the monthly limit. Drafts, proformas, sales orders and purchase orders are unlimited on every plan.

Cycles

Monthly, quarterly or yearly. Quarterly and yearly are the monthly price times 3 or 12, and you can switch cycle at the next renewal.

Payment

Cards, UPI and net banking through Razorpay or Cashfree. A GST invoice for your subscription is issued to your business automatically.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrade any time; the new limit applies immediately. Downgrade from your account settings; it takes effect at the next renewal.

If a payment fails

You get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that the account becomes read-only until payment, and nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account settings at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
