Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that creates an InvoiceSeth account, "you") and Kedaya Tech LLP, 302 Jyoti Complex, Mavdi Main Road, Rajkot, Gujarat 360004, India ("we", "InvoiceSeth"). By creating an account or using invoiceseth.com or the InvoiceSeth mobile apps (the "Service") you accept them.

1. The Service

InvoiceSeth is online software for creating and sending invoices, proformas, orders and related documents, and for recording payments against them. It is offered as a subscription with a free tier. We may add, change or retire features; we will give at least 30 days' notice before removing a feature that paid plans depend on.

InvoiceSeth is a billing tool, not an accounting, tax-filing or legal service. You remain responsible for the correctness of the tax rates, GSTINs, HSN/SAC codes and amounts you enter, and for filing your GST returns.

2. Accounts and organizations

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
• The person who creates the account is its owner and may invite teammates with roles. You are responsible for everyone you invite and for keeping sign-in credentials and OTP codes private.
• You may set up several organizations (GSTINs) under one account where your plan allows it. Each organization's documents are yours.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business billing. Do not issue documents that are fraudulent, that impersonate another business or that misstate tax.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe or overload the Service, resell it or scrape it.
• WhatsApp and email sending must respect the recipient's consent and the WhatsApp Business policies. Marketing broadcasts are not permitted through invoice templates.
• We may suspend an account that breaches these rules after notice, or immediately where there is a risk to other customers or to us.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

• Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly, quarterly or yearly cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• If a renewal payment fails you keep full access for 7 days. After that the account becomes read-only until payment. No data is deleted because of non-payment.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

• Your documents, customers, items and payments are yours. We use them only to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You can export your data at any time from your account settings.
• After an account is closed, data remains exportable for 30 days and is then permanently deleted, except where law requires us to retain subscription invoices.
• Public PDF links are private, unguessable URLs. Anyone you share a link with can open that document; cancelling a document disables its link.

6. Availability, support and liability

• We aim for 99.5% monthly availability and announce planned maintenance in advance inside the app.
• Support is by email, phone and WhatsApp during the hours on the contact page.
• The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, penalties or filing delays.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its software belong to Kedaya Tech LLP. You get a non-exclusive licence to use it for your business while your account is active. Your logo, documents and data remain yours.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings or by following the account deletion steps. We may terminate for breach as described above. Sections 5, 6 and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, after a good-faith attempt to resolve any dispute by writing to [email protected].

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
